Our Refund Policies
OUR REFUND POLICIES
All house call appointments will require a $40 deposit.
If a pet Is on a Wellness Plan Package, this deposit will be refunded at the end of the completed house call (minus the costs of any additional services rendered).
If a pet is not on a Wellness Plan Package, this deposit will be applied to the total cost of the services rendered on the house call.
Late or missed House Call Appointments:
If Home PetVet is >45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, clients may cancel the appointment and have their deposit refunded in full.
If a client is >15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, Home PetVet reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the full deposit.
Home PetVet strives to be punctual with scheduled appointments. If our doctors are late to an appointment it is most likely due to the unexpected medical needs of the pet(s) involved in previous appointments.
